Bull Run Middle is a member of the West Conference in PWCS. Bull Run competes against Gainesville Middle, Marsteller Middle, Metz Middle, Reagan Middle, Unity Braxton Middle, and the Nokesville School.

Athletic Registration 2026-2027

It's that time of year again! We are excited to have your student interested in participating in athletics for the 2025-2026 school year.

Parents/Guardians of student-athletes intending to participate in athletics MUST upload their students’ most recent physical to ensure eligibility for participation. We have simplified this process through online digital registration.

Please follow these steps:

1. Create an Arbiter Registration account (you only need one account for your whole family). · You may create your account by clicking here.

2. Activate your Arbiter Registration account using the activation link that will be automatically sent to your email. (Note: this email may go into your junk folder).

· If you are having trouble creating your account, receiving the activation email, or logging in, you may contact support at [email protected] or call us at 1-800-311-4060.

3. Complete your pre-participation registration: · Select the Pre-Participation for Athletics 2025-2026 program from the Bull Run Middle School Registration Site.

· Once you have completed your registration, you will receive an email notification confirming we have received your registration.

Our athletic registration is open, which will allow you to select the sports you wish to participate in for the 2025-2026 school year. Once athletic registration is open, you may register for sports by visiting the Bull Run Middle School Registration Site. Please be advised that this is different from the Virginia School Entrance Physical, which some people try to turn in each year. We understand that some insurance companies only allow one physical per year. If you cannot get a doctor’s appointment, you can try Patient First or the Target Clinic.

GAME SCHEDULE

The game schedules will be posted on the Bull Run Middle School Website. Team members will receive a game schedule following the completion of tryouts.

Participation Guidelines

IN ORDER TO TRY-OUT FOR AND COMPETE IN ANY SCHOOL ATHLETICS STUDENT ATHLETES MUST:

1. HAVE A Middle School Physical Examination (PDF) COMPLETED AND UPLOADED ON Arbiter.

It is state law that everyone participating in school sports must have completed concussion training in order to be eligible for trying out for a school sport team.
