Want a place to make the art you actually want to make?
Studio Art Club is “work-on-your-own-stuff” art time. Bring an idea (or come to brainstorm one), pick a medium, and create — while I help you level up your skills, fix problems, and try new techniques.
Studio Art Club is a relaxed, creative space where students work on their own art ideas with access to select art materials and teacher support when needed. This is a student lead club!
Most days are independent studio time (with occasional mini‑demos or optional challenges), so artists can build skills, explore media, and create work they’re excited about.

Note: Spots are limited to 25 students. Once spots are full your name will be added to the waiting list. Applications close on Sept 16th.
You will be notified on Sept 18th via email and in advisory if you are on the club list or waiting list.

Transportation & Leaving the Building
- Go to your locker before Club.
- Please stay with fellow Club members as we leave to building ( no wandering the hallways).
- Do not wander off outside. If you miss your bus, you'll have to wait for someone to pick you up.
- There is no horseplay while you are waiting for the bus or your ride home.
1. WALKERS - Must have a school-provided Walkers Pass.

Please review the Bus Schedules so you know your Bus# and the route home from the drop off point.
* Activity Buses Do Not Stop at every regular bus stop.

PICKING UP - Parents/Guardians must be at Bull Run Middle School by 4:50
NOTE: If a student's ride is not here by 4:50 they must take the 5:00 Activity Bus.
KISS & RIDE SAFETY AND COURTESY:
1. Please pick students up in the Kiss & Ride area at the front side of the school where there is Visitor Parking.
2. Please do not double park while waiting for your student. This is very dangerous. Drivers may not see your child or another pedestrian as they are crossing in front of another vehicle and visitors can not back out of the Visitor's Parking space.
3. Please move up in the vehicle line after other cars in front of you depart. This leaves room for the cars behind you to pull up and to not block the main road, as well as not having to go around you to move up.
4. Cars are Not Permitted to park or wait in the Bus Lane. The Bus Lane is for buses only. This is posted upon entrance.
5. Parking in the Parking Lot to wait for your student is also discouraged for the students' safety, so they will not be crossing in front of the buses or oncoming vehicles.
