Please note that ONLY natural parents or legal guardians with proper legal documents from the court may register students
If you are transferring schools, or if you are new to Prince William County and zoned for Bull Run Middle School, please complete the online registration process using the following link:

The following items are required for registration. You will be asked to upload this information to the online registration portal. It is helpful to have these requirements on-hand prior to beginning the application process:
* ORIGINAL BIRTH CERTIFICATE Your student's original birth certificate or certified copy (with a raised seal.) For purposes of official business, you'll want to obtain a certified (raised seal) birth certificate from the Department of Public Health or Vital Records Office where the student's birth took place. This is also often described as an "official"copy. If you do not have a certified copy of your student's Virginia birth certificate, please visit the Virginia Department of Health website for assistance.
* ID FOR THE PARENT/GUARDIAN ENROLLING THE STUDENT
* ONE MAIN PROOF OF ADDRESS- Residential Property Deed, *Residential Property Contract, *Current rental or lease agreement for a residential property or **Certified Affidavit of Residency showing residency in Prince William County ** (If you do not have a deed, settlement statement, or lease you will need to get an Affidavit of Residency notarized. This will serve as your main proof of address. The first page must be filled out by the parent/guardian. The second page must be filled out by the homeowner and a settlement statement/deed/lease must be provided)
* TWO ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTS TO PROVE YOUR RESIDENCY - Valid Virginia driver’s license with current address * Car registration * Utility bill or utility hook-up documentation * Personal property tax bill * Bank statement * Payroll stub * Voter registration * Car or Homeowners Insurance policy statement or card * Other documentary evidence sufficient to prove residency.
* PROOF OF REQUIRED IMMUNIZATIONS PWCS Middle School Immunization Requirements
* TB TESTING NEGATIVE results of a tuberculosis screening test for students who have been outside the United States or U.S. territories for three or more consecutive months during the five years prior to the registration date. Learn more about tuberculosis screening.
* SCHOOL RECORDS -Most recent report card, transcript, withdrawal slip
*SPECIAL PROGRAMS INFORMATION- IEP if child is in Special Education, 504, ESOL or teacher scheduling recommendations (If Applicable)
* CUSTODY DOCUMENTS (If Applicable)
PROCEDURES FOR CHANGE OF ADDRESS
Please update all information by logging to ParentVUE. Click on "Online Records" at the top right of the page and select "Annual Back to School Packet." The school registrar will contact your if there are any additional questions.
Proof of Prince William County Residency:
ONE of the following documents must be uploaded as proof of Prince William County residency:
* Residential Property Deed or Residential Property Contract.
* Current rental or lease agreement for a residential property or
*Certified Affidavit of Residency showing bona fide residency in Prince William County
In addition, TWO of the following documents showing residential address must also be presented to school personnel
* Valid Virginia Driver's License with current address
* Vehicle registration * Personal property tax bill
* Bank statement
* Auto or home insurance policy statement or card
* Payroll stub
* Auto or home insurance policy statement or card
* Voter registration * Utility bill or utility connection documentation

PROCEDURE FOR WITHDRAWING FROM PWCS
Go to ParentVUE and select PK-12 Student Withdrawal Request. The registrar will contact you if there are any additional questions. Please return iPad + Charger and/or items (devices, equipment, uniforms and etc.)owed to the school at your earliest convenience. Regulation 711-2: Withdrawal of Student
PROCEDURE FOR RECORD REQUEST FROM BULL RUN MS
- Site Access. Go to https://pwcva.scriborder.com/. Scroll down to the K-12 Districts. Select the Following to get started and click the Icon
- Account Creation. Each person requesting records from Prince William County Public Schools is required to set up an account. You must use your school email address. Personal emails addresses will not be accepted.
- Verification. Once the account is set up, there is a verification process that takes about 24 hours to complete. You will receive an email notification once your account is verified. You only need to be verified once then you may submit as many requests as you need.
- Submit Request. When you receive the “verification complete” email notification, you are then able to login to the K-12 Transfer application and submit your requests to Prince William County Public Schools. We enforce this verification process to keep students safe.
- Downloading. When you receive the “processing complete” email, you can login to the K-12 Transfer application to download the student record(s) you requested.
